I'm just a girl who hates cancer. The goal of this website — and soon its underlying non-profit organization — is to raise money to help cancer patients who are in the fight of their lives. F Cancer wants to help in the here and now — with meds, rent or whatever.

I'm in the early stages of planning how to approach this goal, but I gotta start somewhere and T-shirts and hats seemed like a good way to get going. The idea is to raise money through fundraising and merchandise sales. Rather than just handing the money over to a big research facility, I'd rather give it directly to a family in need. Directly to someone who is fighting for his or her life. That way, they can use the money for their greatest need.

I will be looking into that and posting my ideas on this website. My name is Sharon. I am gathering forces to make this happen. For now, we are operating out of north central New Jersey. We hope to expand in the future, after we have a good system in place..

I am meeting with some folks to help me go non-profit with this. There are a lot of steps you have to take, and you have to select a board and get all fancy with the set up. I'm not sure  how long it will take to finish, but I'm jamming on it. But right now, this is just me promising you that I will do a good thing when you buy my fcancer stuff.

Cancer is a horrible way to die. While you are fighting it, it's a horrible way to live. I can't imagine a more spectacular accomplishment than beating it. I just want to help someone along the way. So let's see what happens...
